Your profile is how other creatives understand who you are, what role you work in and whether you may be a good fit for a collaboration.
Add your name, creative role, city, state, bio and social information.
A clear profile image makes it easier for people to recognize and remember you.
Your profile can indicate whether you are open to TFP, paid work or both.
Availability helps other members discover when you may be open to collaborate.

The creative directory lets you browse members and narrow the list using the information that matters to your shoot.
Search photographers, models, makeup artists, hairstylists, wardrobe stylists, videographers, creative directors and more.

These signals help you identify members whose preferences and timing may match the collaboration.

Turn an idea into a crew.
Collaboration posts let members describe a shoot and specify the roles they need.
Add the concept, date, location, compensation type and creative roles you are looking for.
Interested members can submit an application for an open role.
Creators can also invite someone to a role instead of waiting for an application.
Accepted applications and accepted invitations become confirmed collaboration participants.
Two ways to join a crew.
A member can apply to an open role, or a collaboration creator can send that member a direct invitation.
The member requests to join an open role. The creator reviews the application and decides whether to accept or decline it.
The creator sends a direct invitation. The invited creative decides whether to accept or decline it.
The collaboration's private space.
Once someone is accepted into the crew, the creator and confirmed participants can access the Shoot Room for that collaboration.
Shoot Room access is for the collaboration creator and accepted crew members.
The room gives participants one place to view the confirmed collaboration and crew context.
After the shoot, the creator can mark the collaboration complete, beginning the verification process.
Real work should create real history.
DMVTFP uses participant confirmation so a collaboration is not treated as verified activity simply because it was posted.
This sends the required participation confirmation to accepted crew.
Confirmed participants verify that they actually took part in the collaboration.
Once the required confirmations are complete, the collaboration can become part of verified history.
Participants can provide feedback after completion, adding additional reputation context.

Collab Score is a DMVTFP reputation signal based on verified collaboration activity and participant feedback.
Completed collaborations confirmed by participants contribute to reputation history.
Feedback can contribute information about professionalism, communication, reliability and willingness to collaborate again.
A score backed by more verified collaboration activity carries more platform history than a brand-new account.

DMVTFP plans to support documents uploaded by collaboration participants, such as member-created agreements, releases or other project documents.
The document would come from a collaboration participant, not DMVTFP.
The platform can record which collaboration the document belongs to and who uploaded it.
DMVTFP would provide the sharing space without representing that the document is legally sufficient or platform-approved.
Clear communication makes better shoots.
Members are responsible for making their own decisions about who they collaborate with and how they plan their shoots.
Make sure everyone understands the date, time, location, roles, compensation and expectations.
Use profile information, verified activity and your own judgment before agreeing to collaborate.
Consider professional studios, public spaces and other settings appropriate for the people and project involved.
If plans change, tell the other participants as early as possible.

What does TFP mean?
TFP generally refers to a collaborative arrangement where participants work together for portfolio-building rather than a standard paid booking. The specific expectations should be agreed between the participants.
Can collaborations be paid?
Yes. DMVTFP supports both TFP and paid collaboration preferences.
How do I join a collaboration?
You can apply to an open role, or accept a direct invitation sent by the collaboration creator.
Who can enter the Shoot Room?
The collaboration creator and accepted crew members can access the Shoot Room.
Does posting a shoot automatically count toward Collab Score?
No. The platform uses completion and participation verification so posted collaborations do not automatically become verified collaboration history.
Does DMVTFP provide contracts or releases?
DMVTFP does not currently provide a contract or release system. A future member-document feature is planned around participants uploading their own documents rather than DMVTFP creating legal documents for them.
Is Collab Score a guarantee that someone is safe or reliable?
No. Collab Score is a platform reputation signal based on available DMVTFP activity. Members should still use their own judgment when deciding whether to collaborate.
